Ans: The School With a Difference was under the supervision of Miss Beams. It served as a testing ground for her novel ideas. In general schools, this aspect of education is completely ignored.
Miss Beam’s was a middle aged lady, a little plump but loving, kind and intelligent. She had new ideas about real education. She believed that her school had a duty towards the society. She tried to give practical training to the kids to become noble hearted persons and to serve the needy.
